I found the recipe here, I think by way of TasteSpotting. TasteSpotting = crack for foodies. Don't go there unless you have a lot of time on your hands.
Kelzor suggested I add hot dogs to the chili, and thus it was so, much to the delight of the diners. I knew it would be good in a chili-dog kind of way, but I was surprised by how darn tasty it was. The jalapenos and sour cream really added something.

Aren't they the best??? Talk about addicting food. So glad you enjoyed them, too!
This was the really good stuff that you don't tell anyone else you love when talking about food, but secretly must have every once in a while. Decadent munchies.
